ISO 9001 Certification

ISO 9001 is an international voluntary quality management standard published by the International Organization for Standardization. This standard focuses on effective management practices to ensure that an organization’s products and services meet its customers' needs.

The ISO 9001 standard represents an international consensus on what constitutes quality management practices that help organizations provide appropriate and quality products or services and meet client requirements. ISO certification has been a benchmark in the manufacturing sector for many years. More recently, many other industries adopted the ISO standard, including consulting firms, pharmaceutical companies, and health care organizations.

Since December 2003, CFMC’s management system has maintained certification to this standard. All of the company's policies, procedures, and documents are reviewed, and when necessary, revised regularly. Work instructions are produced and reviewed to ensure that tasks are performed in a consistent, efficient manner. Documents receive a unique code to ensure each is appropriately controlled and has a designated "owner." CFMC continually evaluates and improves the effectiveness and performance of its processes to provide quality products and services to its customers. This combination of work style and ethics ensures each customer receives the highest standard of work with superior attention to detail.
